Day 1: Stepping Out of the Boat

Reading: Matthew 14:22-33

Devotional: Peter's courage to step out of the boat reveals a profound truth: faith requires action, even when circumstances seem impossible. While the other disciples remained in safety, Peter dared to trust Jesus' invitation. Yes, he began to sink when he focused on the waves, but he was the only one who walked on water at all. God isn't asking for perfect faith—He's asking for available faith. Your "little faith" becomes much when placed in the Master's hands. Today, what boat is God calling you to step out of? What waves are distracting you from His voice? Remember, even when you begin to sink, Jesus is there to catch you. The question isn't whether you'll face storms, but whether you'll trust Him in them.
