Day 1: You Are Not Forgotten

Reading: Psalm 139:1-18 — A reflection on God's complete and intimate knowledge of every person He has made, and His constant presence in every circumstance of life.

Devotional: It is easy to believe the lie that you have been forgotten — by people, by the church, or even by God. But God's knowledge of you is not distant or general. He knows your name, your struggle, and your exact location in this season of life. The enemy works hard to isolate you because isolation breeds doubt and doubt breeds defeat. When you feel unseen, return to the truth that God has always seen you. You are not a footnote in His story. You are known, pursued, and held.

Reflection Question: In what area of your life have you felt most forgotten, and what would it mean to genuinely believe that God sees you there?

Practical Application: Write down one specific situation where you have felt forgotten. Then write beside it one truth from today's reading that speaks directly to that situation. Return to that truth each time the feeling of being forgotten surfaces this week.
