Day 5: Walking by Faith, Not by Sight

Reading: 2 Corinthians 5:1-7; Hebrews 11:1-6

Devotional: Walking by faith means becoming "instrument rated" in the Spirit—learning to navigate by God's Word when you can't see the horizon ahead. Like a pilot flying through clouds, you must trust your instruments more than your feelings. When underwater, breathe out the Holy Spirit and watch the bubbles—they always rise, showing you which way is up. Faith isn't denying your circumstances; it's declaring God's truth over them. You may not feel His presence, but He promised never to leave you. You may not see the path forward, but His Word is a lamp to your feet. Today, stop waiting for perfect conditions before you trust God. Your best may feel inadequate, but God doesn't measure your worth by your performance. He's not disappointed in you—He's cheering you on. Walk forward in the faith you have, not the faith you wish you had.
