You're Good Enough To Pray Day 1
5-Day Devotional: You're Good Enough To Pray
Day 1: You Are Worthy to Come
Reading: Hebrews 4:16
Devotional: The enemy works overtime convincing you that your failures disqualify you from God's presence. But God's throne is described as a throne of grace, not a throne of judgment. Grace means you are welcomed not because of your record but because of His character. The verse does not say "come cautiously" or "come if you have it together." It says come boldly. Boldness in prayer is not arrogance — it is confidence rooted in what Christ has already accomplished on your behalf. Today, refuse the lie that you are too broken to pray. You are not too broken. You are exactly who this invitation was written for.
Reflection: What lie has kept you from praying boldly? Write it down, then write the truth beside it.
Application: Set aside five intentional minutes today to pray boldly about one specific need in your life. Do not apologize to God for bringing it. Simply bring it.
