Day 4: God Hears Every Word

He is not far off, waiting for you to recover before He engages with you. He draws near specifically in the moments of crushing. This means your darkest season is not the season God has stepped away from. It is the season He has stepped into. Your grief is not a barrier to His presence. Your crushed spirit is not something He turns away from. He moves toward it. He moves toward you. You are not alone in what you are carrying today.
