Finding Strength When You're Running on Empty - Day 1
Day 1: When Human Strength Fails
Reading: Isaiah 40:28-31
Devotional: Even the strongest among us eventually reach our limit. The young grow tired, the mighty stumble, and our best efforts fall short. This isn't a design flaw—it's intentional. God allows our strength to run out so we finally stop relying on ourselves and turn to Him. When you can no longer say "I did this," you're positioned to say "God did this." Today, acknowledge where your strength has failed. Don't see it as defeat but as an invitation. God isn't surprised by your weakness; He's been waiting for you to recognize it. In your exhaustion, He offers supernatural endurance. Stop trying to be strong enough and start leaning into the One who never grows weary.
Reflection: Where in your life are you trying to operate in your own strength rather than God's?
